At AED we work directly with the client’s capital projects manager to forecast project needs and provide the appropriate manpower as needs arise. To achieve success we establish program KPIs and dashboards to ensure the projects are managed successfully. Through this program-level approach, we are able to help clients meet their capital spending needs efficiently and effectively.
Project Benchmarking
Tools such as earned value (CPI/SPI), client satisfaction surveys, and various other KPIs are used on all programs and even on individual projects to ensure all client needs are met and accounted for. If there are ever any areas where AED falls short, we make sure to follow up with a lessons-learned session to constantly improve our services.
