Terminal Control Building and Warehouse Relocation

An AED core client was experiencing issues with contractor deliverables, permitting, and constructability for a new Control Building and Warehouse. To ensure the project met quality, safety, and cost expectations, AED partnered with their sister organization (ARTC) to recruit an experienced Construction Manager who understood the scope of work, permitting requirements, and client standards without requiring additional ramp-up time. Even with supply chain delays due to long lead equipment and permitting setbacks, the project was completed both on time and under budget.
