JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Project Manager and Project Engineers on multidisciplinary projects (Process, EI&C, Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Piping etc.)
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and act as owner for client
- Evaluate, analyze and in some cases create project cost estimates & scopes. Focus on cost control during execution stage. Forecasting monthly project spend as needed.
- Manage delivery of work to required standards which may involve procuring estimates, review of quotes, preparation of order specification, review of vendor drawings & review of instruments included in proprietary vendor packages. QUALIFICATIONS

About the Position
- The Project Manager will be a “working” project manager who will supervise and coordinate all project disciplines, including process, mechanical, piping, civil/structural, electrical and instrument/controls. The ideal candidate will have substantial career experience in the refinery, chemical or petrochemical industries, and be an expert in project management methodology, with a proven record of accomplishment of successfully and safely executing multi-discipline projects capitalized from $250,000 to $15 million plus, with multiple projects occurring simultaneously.
Technical Knowledge
- Experience with accountability for schedule, budget, quality, and safety on projects

About the Position
- The Senior Electrical Engineer will perform all phases of electrical related projects from conception through start-up and delivery, including electrical system model development and evaluation, specification of electrical distribution equipment, development of construction package drawings, serve as a point of contact with client personnel and support startup and commission efforts. The ideal candidate should be familiar with development of control systems and be able to support inhouse I&C engineering efforts.

Our Swedesboro office is seeking a Senior-level Mechanical Engineer with experience planning, organizing, and developing engineering activities for the construction and maintenance of chemical, refining, midstream oil and gas, energy plants, and facilities. This position will actively participate in the full project cycle, from the design phase through the final construction close-out. This position will also lead our mechanical team within the Swedesboro office.
Key Responsibilities:
Assignments will have leadership and oversight of piping designers as well as interface with project managers to fulfill project requirements.
