POSITION SUMMARY
- The Senior Process/Chemical Engineer will perform all phases of process-related design for multiple projects from conception through construction and start-up and serve as a point of contact with client and project team personnel.
- The ideal candidate should also be able to manage small and medium size process-focused projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of the process design effort including tracking performance against the budget.
- Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs.
- Develop material and energy balances.
- Sizing and specification of process equipment.
- Process development experience in greenfield, capacity expansions, retrofits and debottlenecking projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall technical lead engineer and design coordinator on a project, responsible for the technical content of all work packages issued.
- Reports functionally to the Project Manager on a project.
- Manage the interface and coordination between the engineering & design disciplines.
- Ensures that design safety is incorporated in the life of the project.
- Ensures that P&IDs accurately reflect the project Scope of Work and convey the required information to the design disciplines.
- Assumes responsibility of the P&IDs and related Process Documents such as Change Logs, Line Lists, etc. at the onset of detailed design.
- Ensures that the Project drawing production is in accordance with the client and/or Allied standards for graphic presentation and consistency.
- Establishes 3D Model Specification (deliverable) content during Phase 3. At a minimum, the 3D Model Specification should be based on the Allied standard offering. The document can be modified to accommodate the client’s requests and requirements.
- Conducts model reviews with the client’s Project team including the operation and maintenance staff. The reviews should occur at a minimum of three intervals during the design phase at the 30%, 60%, and 90% completion stage.
- Conducts project coordination meetings with the project team. Documents outcome of the meeting. Prepares and maintains action items list and needs list as required.
- Approves all design documents prior to formal issue. Ensures “Issued for Construction” (IFC) packages are aligned with the construction work packages in content and schedule.
- Engages Discipline Leads in discussions with their client counterparts regarding their expectations and advises Discipline Leads to point out discrepancies between client expectations and the project Scope of Work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to update P&ID drawings with AutoCAD based off of engineering redlines or field walkdowns.
- Ability to use Blue Cielo/Meridian to upload P&ID Drawings.
- Assists in obtaining field dimensions.

- Excellent computer skills including the use of various drawing software.

LOCATION:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- An experienced Document Control and Administrative Support professional to manage the storage and transmission of project documents/drawings and support the administrative needs in an office environment.
- Requirement to enter control rooms weekly in the refinery to update P&ID Control Copies
- Communicate with refinery personnel when books are updated.
- Print/Scan project drawings when required.
- Ability to use Blue Cielo/Meridian to upload P&ID Drawings.
- Work with Project Managers to maintain document distribution plans for engineering projects.
- Maintain document distribution systems and schedules for assigned projects based on project requirements.
- Establish and maintain paper and electronic files for assigned projects in accordance with company requirements.
- Ensure compliance with corporate document conventions, including numbering and approvals.

LOCATION:

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Construction supervisor plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals, or objectives of project are accomplished within established time frame and budget.
- Continually build, develop and grow vendor, subcontractor and field personnel relationships throughout entire process to assure success of the project
- Act as liaison between P-66 staff and regional team members.
- Able to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal staff and field staff.
- Communicate project goals via weekly update meetings with key personnel.
- Oversee participation in all aspects of job site safety and adherence to OSHA standards
- The construction supervisor will be present on the jobsite providing construction oversight, overseeing utility work done by subcontractors.
- Provide constructability feedback during design and walk downs.
- Review Bill of Materials and assist with managing material availability.
- Responsible for the coordination and oversight of all construction activities involved in a project.
- Monitor contractor(s) on safety, cost, quality and schedule performance.
- Run safety briefings with contracted construction crews.
- Initiate Scope Change requests
- Elevate document deficiencies and Provide Planning support to the project team as requires.
