AED supported front-end engineering and design to install additional wastewater storage capacity, and allow for the removal of an existing tank without impact to plant operations during a critical outage. AED's adoption of cutting edge technologies and innovative techniques enabled the team to deliver a sucessful project without compromising quality. For this assignment, the use of high-resolution laser scanning technology minimized site visits, improved efficiency, and increased the accuracy of preliminary designs. Once Detailed Design began AED was able to seamlessly transistion into engineering execution without any additional ramp-up or lost time.
